The SE "UKRMETRTESTSTANDART" performs work to confirm compliance with the following technical regulations:
1. Technical Regulation for Low Voltage Electrical Equipment, approved by Resolution No. 1067 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, dated December 16, 2015.
• To carry out the work, the applicant submits an application in the prescribed form.
• The application must be accompanied by the documents specified in paragraph 2 of Appendix 3 of the Technical Regulation for Low-Voltage Electrical Equipment.
• Based on the results of the work and a positive decision, the authority issues a certificate of conformity.
• The manufacturer or authorized representative shall draw up a declaration of conformity in the prescribed form.
2. Technical Regulation on Restrictions on the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment. This regulation was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in Resolution No. 139, dated March 10, 2017.
• To carry out the work, the applicant submits an application in the prescribed form.
• The necessary set of documents is attached to the application.
• Based on the results of the work and a positive decision, the authority issues a certificate of conformity.
• The manufacturer or authorized representative shall draw up a declaration of conformity in the prescribed form.
3. Technical Regulations Regarding Eco-Design Requirements
• To carry out the work, the applicant submits an application in the prescribed form.
• The necessary documents are attached to the application.
• Based on the results of the work and a positive decision, the Authority issues a conclusion.
• The manufacturer or authorized representative then draws up a declaration of conformity in the prescribed form.
